Luxury Interior Design of the Scotsman Boutique Hotel in Edinburgh















The Scotsman Hotel is located on Edinburgh’s historical
North Bridge, one minute stroll from Waverly mainline
train station. A short walk from the hotel are the shops of
Princes Street, George Street, the attractions of The Royal
Mile and Edinburgh Castle. Five star Edinburgh boutique
hotel The Scotsman, is housed within the magnificent
Scotsman Newspaper building. The building restoration
was careful not to eradicate the stunning oak paneling,
magnificent marble pillars and ornate ceilings of teh
reception room which is now the North Bridge Bar and
Brasserie
.




Each bedroom at The Scotsman is individually designed
and offers the highest level of comfort with great
attention to detail. With every stay, guests enjoy
complimentary use of the Scotsman Spa & Health Club
which boasts Scotland’s first stainless steel swimming
pool, as well as a sauna, steam room, spa pool,
tropicarium, seven treatment rooms and a fully equipped

Sleep soundly or study hard, it’s all been made as easy
as possible. The Study at The Scotsman Hotel has a
standard sized double bed, an average floor area of 28
sqm offering the perfect base for a business or leisure
short stay in Edinburgh

Deluxe Rooms

Most Deluxe rooms at The Scotsman Hotel offer queen
bedded accommodation with some offering a twin option.

Publisher & Director Suites

Publisher and Director suites are enhanced by a separate
drawing or dining room, or with a luxurious area which is
divided from the bedroom. The average size of these
suites is 52.5sqm. Just to push the boat out, one of the
rooms has its own sauna. All Publishers suites have
wonderful views ranging from The Firth of Forth, Calton
Hill, The Old Town of Edinburgh with its Castle, and
Princes Street with the Scott Monument and Gardens

The Penthouse

Two floors are dedicated to The Penthouse at The
Scotsman Hotel. There is a bespoke ground floor with
private dining area, a library, a lounge and fully equipped
study. A spiral staircase connects to the mezzanine level
where you will find a spectacular bathroom with views to
Edinburgh Castle from the roll top bath. To add to the
